Refund/Return Policy

Once an item has been engraved or personalized is in non-refundable. If the item ordered has not been engraved or personalized it may be refunded as long as the request was made prior to the engraving or personalization process.

Items that were ordered with no engraving or personalization may be returned for a refund if the buyer's request was made within 14 days of receiving the item. The item must be in the same condition it was when it was shipped to the buyer.
